These Terms ("Terms") govern your use of the Nash Android app and related content provided by Jeffrey Chang ("we", "us"). By installing or using Nash you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Nash is an educational app for No-Limit Texas Hold'em poker training. It delivers lessons, drills, and feedback based on Game-Theory-Optimal (GTO) analysis. Nash is not a real-money gambling app. It does not let you play poker for money, place bets, or transfer funds.
Nash is open to anyone aged 13 or older. The app is educational — it teaches poker strategy without any real-money play, gambling, or chip-purchase mechanics — so we apply the standard general-audience age threshold rather than a real-money-app one. If your jurisdiction imposes a stricter local rule for accessing poker-themed educational content, you are responsible for complying with it. We do not knowingly let anyone under 13 use the app; if you believe a child under 13 has signed up, contact us and we will remove the account.
Paid subscriptions are processed through Google Play. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may need a parent or guardian to authorise any subscription purchase per Google Play's policies — that's outside Nash's control.
Nash teaches strategy concepts and presents solver-derived recommendations. Real money play involves variance, losses, regulation, and addictive risk that no app can shield you from. Nash's recommendations do not guarantee any outcome at a real-money table.
If you or someone you know struggles with problem gambling, contact your local resource — for example, the National Council on Problem Gambling helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER (US) or the equivalent in your country.
Nash offers three tiers:
Subscriptions are billed through the Google Play Store under Google Play's policies.">https://play.google.com/intl/en-us/about/play-terms/). Cancellation, renewal, and refund handling are governed by Google Play. We do not bill you directly. Trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.
We may change subscription pricing or tier contents in future updates. Any material change to a tier you actively subscribe to will be communicated in-app before it takes effect.

Lesson copy, range data, brand assets, and the design system are the intellectual property of the publisher or licensed contributors. Strategy concepts (GTO, pot odds, MDF, etc.) are not proprietary; the specific expression in Nash is.
Nash is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific strategic recommendation will be optimal in your specific game. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Nash at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts (when accounts exist) that violate these Terms or place the service at risk.
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
